Job summary

Collins Aerospace, RTX's leading aerospace division, is seeking an onsite HVAC/Facilities technician in Minnesota to maintain and repair facilities and production equipment, with focus on HVAC, electrical systems and mechanical infrastructure. This role supports safety, reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Hands on experience with HVAC, electrical work and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of plumbing, carpentry, painting and related facilities tasks.
• Maintenance and repair of production equipment; plan and perform preventive maintenance.
• HVAC installation, troubleshooting and repair; ensure schedules are followed.
• Electrical repairs, testing, and inspection of circuits, switches and motors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and site design modifications.
