Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products in Bloomington, MN is hiring a 1st shift Maintenance Technician (Aerospace Manufacturing). You will repair, troubleshoot, and optimize high-precision equipment to keep our aerospace production lines running safely and efficiently.

Requires a 2-year technical/Mechatronics degree (or equivalent), 3 years in a technical maintenance role with PLCs and VFDs, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/Mechatronics degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in a Technical Maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs, preferably Allen-Bradley.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
• LOTO training and ability to work in confined spaces; HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes & repairs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, Plc.'s, and robotic equipment.
• Accurately complete work orders in a timely manner and document all relevant information describing the work, conditions, parts, and outcomes.
• Review production schedule and make equipment changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot and test equipment to check operations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance/preventative maintenance & emergency repairs, as needed.
