Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products in Bloomington, MN seeks an experienced 1st shift Maintenance Technician to support aerospace manufacturing. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve complex equipment to keep production running and safety compliant.

The role requires a 2-year Mechatronics degree or equivalent experience, 3 years in maintenance, and strong PLC/VFD skills with Allen Bradley protocols. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/Mechatronics degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing; PLCs and VFDs with Allen Bradley is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
• LOTO training and ability to work in confined spaces; HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, PLCs and robotic equipment.
• Complete work orders accurately and document conditions, parts and outcomes.
• Review production schedule and adjust equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot, test, and ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
