Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Senior Journeyman (Aerospace Manufacturing) to lead electrical installation, troubleshooting and repair in a high-tech aerospace facility.

You will diagnose electrical issues in CNC machines, robotics and automated lines; interpret schematics; ensure compliance with NFPA 70/OSHA and aerospace standards; mentor technicians; coordinate contractors; and drive safety and energy efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required.
• 7+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with NFPA 70 (NEC) and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Leadership and ability to mentor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in a high-tech aerospace facility.
• Diagnose electrical issues in CNC machines, automation, robotics.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with codes and aerospace standards.
• Support maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
• Mentor electricians and coordinate outside contractors.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement for energy efficiency and safety.
