PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for CNC machining, forging equipment, and overall equipment reliability in aerospace manufacturing.

You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to keep operations safe, compliant, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise maintaining CNC machinery, forging equipment, and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Mentor and develop maintenance team and coordinate with production.
