Job summary
Magellan Aerospace, Haverhill, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to maximize equipment uptime across the machine shop. You will lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs, drive improvements in reliability and OEE, and coordinate external suppliers to keep production flowing in a high-mix, precision environment.
You will supervise maintenance staff, develop schedules for CNCs and support equipment, manage spare parts, and track key metrics while partnering with Operations, Engineering
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong experience supporting CNC machine tools and precision machining equipment.
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Planning.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all production equipment.
- Create and maintain maintenance schedules for CNC machines and support equipment.
- Drive improvements in uptime, reliability, and OEE.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring failures.
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
