Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in East Hartford, CT to lead a multi-department team in a high-mix / low-volume aerospace manufacturing environment. The role requires coaching, lean initiatives, and ERP-driven performance management.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in precision machining, a strong Lean background, and experience with ERP systems and CAD/CAM tools. This on-site position offers a competitive package and growth within a long-standing, AS9100/ISO-certified

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate degree in manufacturing/engineering preferred.
10+ years in manufacturing of precision machined components, aerospace or medical device ideal.
Experience leading and managing a team toward common goals; supervisor experience preferred.
Strong background in high-mix / low-volume machining with lean manufacturing focus.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-department team of CNC Operators and Set-Up Operators in a high-mix / low-volume aerospace component environment.
Manage day-to-day priorities across multiple machining departments and drive set-up/run-time improvements.
Develop standard work for production equipment and coach staff on safety and QMS policies.
