Job summary

Precision Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a high-velocity manufacturing floor from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

You will lead about 40 machinists and production staff, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in aerospace or high-precision machining, with strong CNC experience and a capability to mentor a skilled

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace or high-precision machining.
• CNC machining experience strongly preferred.
• Able to lead and motivate a team of 30–50 employees including experienced machinists.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; JobBOSS experience is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing/continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. Person.

Job description

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily high-velocity manufacturing operations on our Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. shift. This role will lead a team of approximately 40 highly skilled machinists and production employees, driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have a strong CNC machining background and proven leadership experience in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands machining, can work effectively with experienced machinists, and knows how to keep a fast-paced production floor moving.

The Production Supervisor may need to arrive before the scheduled 6:00 a.m. start time as needed to prepare for the day, review priorities, address issues, and ensure the shift gets off to a strong start.
