We’re more than aviation experts, we’re pioneers. We challenge what’s possible. From breaking the sound barrier to advanced tiltrotor systems. Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation, and we want you.

We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, Bell’s Autonomous Pod Transport (APT), and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next-generation stop-fold aircraft.

Aerospace Logistics Specialist, FLRAA

We are looking for inquisitive and driven maintainers with a passion to innovate and influence design. Bring your experience and ideas and help us develop cutting-edge concepts for aircraft maintenance.

This role will be an integral part of the team, working closely with customers and design engineers. You’ll hone your technical abilities on significant maintenance problems, gaining experience in leadership and communication.

The Aerospace Logistics Specialist focuses on analysis and technical coordination to develop affordable and supportable military systems for Bell’s V-280 program. The position emphasizes designing inherent supportability into analysis, as well as the associated design, analysis, and optimization of the customer’s military support system.

This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

What you’ll be doing as an Aerospace Logistics Specialist:
  • Focus on analysis and technical coordination to develop supportable military systems for Bell’s FLRAA Program.
  • Support the development of support systems within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Manage support system resources such as Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), Provisioning/Supply Support, Task/Maintenance Plan Analysis, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), Paper-based manuals, Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB), Support Equipment, PHS&T, Repair Parts and Special Tool List (RPSTLs), and industry standards like MIL-STD documents, across multiple aircraft platforms and programs.
  • Design inherent supportability into analysis, and optimize the customer’s military support system.
Skills You Bring to This Role:
  • Working knowledge and skill sets to operate within IPTs/organization.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks to acceptable quality standards with minimal supervision.
  • Compliance with company processes, procedures, and government regulations.
  • Support and assist in data preparation and presentation for program reviews.
  • Ability to meet performance metrics related to cost and schedule objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
What You Need to be Successful:
  • At least 2 years of experience in military aviation/aerospace logistics or 5+ years in aviation with a High School Diploma (GED).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with SlicWave Logistics Product Data Software preferred.
  • Understanding of S1000D Publication Specification and GEIA-STD-0007 preferred.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
What we offer you in return:
  • Every other Friday off with our 9/80 work schedule.
  • 80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO).
  • 120 hours of Vacation time.
  • 12-13 paid holidays per year.
  • 6 weeks parental leave.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive health insurance.
  • On-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor.
  • Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups.
  • And much more.

It’s time to make your mark on the future of aviation. Join us on this mission, and let’s make history together.

We are on a journey to amplify innovation, cultivate purpose and bridge experiences by fostering a culture driven by unique perspectives, voices, and values.
