We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also working on the Bell 525 Relentless, Bell’s Autonomous Pod Transport (APT), and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next-generation stop-fold aircraft.

Position: Aerospace Logistics Specialist, FLRAA

We seek inquisitive and driven maintainers with a passion for innovation and design. Bring your experience and ideas to help us develop cutting-edge concepts for aircraft maintenance.

This role is integral to our team, working closely with customers and design engineers. You will hone your technical skills on significant maintenance challenges while gaining leadership and communication experience.

The Aerospace Logistics Specialist focuses on analysis and technical coordination to develop affordable and supportable military systems for Bell’s V-280 program. The position emphasizes designing inherent supportability into systems, along with analysis and optimization of the customer’s military support system.

This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and coordinate to develop supportable military systems for Bell’s FLRAA Program.
  • Support development of support systems within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Manage support system resources including LORA, provisioning, maintenance planning, technical manuals, support equipment, PHS&T, RPSTLs, and industry standards across multiple aircraft platforms and programs.
  • Design supportability into system analysis, design, and optimization processes.
Skills Required:
  • Knowledge and skills to work within IPTs or similar organizations.
  • Ability to perform tasks to quality standards with minimal supervision.
  • Compliance with company processes, procedures, and government regulations.
  • Support data preparation and presentation for reviews.
  • Ability to meet performance metrics related to cost and schedule.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of military aviation/aerospace logistics experience or 5+ years in aviation with a High School Diploma (GED).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with SlicWave Logistics Software and S1000D standards is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
What We Offer:
  • Every other Friday off with our 9/80 schedule.
  • 80 hours PTO, 120 hours vacation, and 12-13 paid holidays annually.
  • Six weeks parental leave, tuition reimbursement, competitive salary, and comprehensive health benefits.
  • On-site health resources and Employee Resource Groups.
  • And much more.

Join us to make your mark on the future of aviation. Let’s make history together.

We foster a culture driven by unique perspectives, voices, and values to amplify innovation and cultivate purpose.
