Yoh is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Lithium-ion Battery Management Systems (BMS) for aerospace applications. You will design BMS hardware from concept to certification, covering digital control, analog, and mixed-signal circuits, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliability and safety in aviation energy storage.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hardware, software, and mechanical teams on-site in Wichita, KS, with a strong focus on meeting aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience designing lithium-ion battery management systems (BMS).
• Proven experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and PCB schematic creation.
• Strong knowledge of cell sensing, protection, isolation, and balancing circuits for lithium batteries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and results-driven focus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and validate hardware prototypes effectively.

• Develop and refine BMS hardware from concept through certification.
