Job summary

Senior plc is seeking a Lean Coach to implement Toyota Production System on the shop floor within our aerospace manufacturing environment. You will lead kaizen events, coach teams, and drive improvements across production and support functions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 7+ years in aerospace or precision manufacturing, and strong TPS knowledge including value stream mapping, 5S, and visual management. Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required.
• 7+ years hands-on manufacturing experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Toyota Production System principles and tools.
• Direct experience implementing lean in complex manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead kaizen events and TPS-aligned improvement projects.
• Coach teams in TPS tools including standardized work and TBP.
• Lead TBP-based problem-solving and mentoring across shifts.
• Support daily management systems and develop visual management boards.
• Guide implementation of Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Safety and Standard Work.
