This role involves coaching frontline leaders to enhance operational performance and ensure the successful deployment of Lean practices on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and proven skills in facilitating cross-functional teams, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. The position also requires strong communication skills and a results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing (OEM, Tier 1, or MRO).
• Proven experience in shopfloor coaching, lean deployment, or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with daily management systems and production environments.

Responsabilités

• Coach Level 1 and Level 2 leaders in daily operational leadership.
• Implement standard shopfloor visual management and performance boards.
• Support Hoshin Kanri and strategy deployment activities.
