Kelly is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate - Laminator (Composite Technician I) for the Sumner, WA area. This role focuses on laminating composites per plans and SWIs, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and hands-on skill development.

Responsibilities

• Lay up composite materials on mandrels according to manufacturing plans and work instructions.
• Wrap molds with composite materials in preparation for curing and production processes.
• Verify manufacturing documentation for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the correct materials are selected and utilized according to production requirements.
• Confirm part identification tags and complete required documentation.
• Follow production schedules and established takt times.
• Communicate quality concerns, schedule issues, and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
