Job summary

Safran NAT (Northwest Aerospace Technologies), a Safran Company, seeks an IT/CADD Business Analyst on site in Everett, WA. You will bridge IT/CADD tooling with design and business teams, focusing on Autodesk products, ERP/PLM systems, and data integrity.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in MIS or related field, 5+ years in business applications, strong communication, and the ability to drive process improvements across engineering and manufacturing environments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent English language required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend enhancements to Autodesk and related tools.
• System administration support including license management and user setup.
• Process improvement through standardization and automation of workflows.
• Develop user documentation, training and change management for new systems.
