Job summary

Cyient Limited seeks an Engineering Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to guide cross-functional teams in evaluating nonconforming material, developing engineering kits, and securing approvals in line with aerospace regulations.

The role requires leading IPTs, coordinating across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management, and ensuring timely, compliant resolutions that support production and service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with nonconformance resolution, MRB processes, and engineering dispositions.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawing interpretation, GD&T, and configuration control.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs to address nonconforming material affecting production or in-service hardware.
• Serve as the primary engineering focal point for kit validation and disposition activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and PM.
• Drive alignment across teams to meet schedule, cost, and technical objectives.
• Oversee development and validation of engineering kits for nonconforming hardware (repair schemes, rework instructions).
• Ensure kits comply with design requirements, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks (FAA/EASA).
• Review and approve technical data packages including drawings, analyses, tests, and substantiation reports.
