Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. in Ridley Park, PA is seeking a senior-level professional to lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) through product development, producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.

You will refine, validate and coordinate designs while managing program architecture and manufacturing plans. The role involves complex analyses to align processes with requirements and schedules, resolving technical problems, and mentoring others as part of a Lean Enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry and typically 9+ years related work experience (e.g., PhD+4, Master+7). In the USA ABET accreditation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing development and producibility; coordinate and implement conceptual designs and program architecture.
Develop manufacturing plans and oversee plan optimization.
Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capability.
Serve as project manager to ensure requirements, specs, design criteria and schedule are integrated.
Provide guidance through structured mentoring and deploy Lean Enterprise methods.
