Job summary

JEG Search LLC is seeking an Integrated Product Team Leader to manage cross-functional teams in executing complex aerospace and defense development and production programs.

The role focuses on end-to-end project execution across cost, schedule, scope and risk, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering, project execution or operations within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace, defense or similar complex hardware experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of project cost, schedule and scope.
• Experience developing cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with risk management and structured problem solving.
• Lean, visual management, Kaizen or similar continuous-improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams and drive accountability for project commitments
• Own project execution, including cost, schedule, scope, risk and milestones
• Develop and maintain executable project plans and schedules
• Drive cost performance, budgeting, forecasting and variance recovery
• Identify risks and lead mitigation and recovery actions
• Make cost, schedule and technical trade decisions within program scope
• Drive continuous improvement, root-cause problem solving and Kaizen
• Support proposals and ensure successful transition from development into production
• Provide clear visibility into project status, risks, financial performance and recovery plans
