Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) seeks an Integrated Product Team Leader to drive cross-functional execution on aerospace programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met. You will work with Program Managers to translate customer needs into executable plans and outcomes.

You will own lifecycle project execution, lead teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality and finance, establish cadence using EBOS, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering, project execution, or operations in a complex manufacturing environment such as aerospace/defense.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and scope for projects.
• Experience developing cost estimates, establishing baselines, and managing budgets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive accountability.

Responsabilités

• Own full lifecycle execution of assigned projects (scope, schedule, cost, risk) with authority for day-to-day decisions.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance to meet commitments.
• Develop and drive executable project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned to requirements.
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical trade decisions within program scope and escalate as needed.
• Partner with Program Managers to align scope, execution, customer expectations, and contractual requirements.
• Establish operating cadence and visual management using EBOS to manage risk, schedule, and cost.
• Ensure on-time delivery by holding teams accountable to commitments.
• Identify risks and issues, implement mitigations, and drive closure to protect cost and schedule.
• Support or lead proposal efforts including cost and schedule development.
• Capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future execution.
