Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking an Integrated Product Team Leader to drive cross-functional execution of development and production projects. Reporting to Engineering, the IPT Leader ensures projects meet cost, schedule, and performance targets while translating customer requirements into executable plans.

You will partner with Program Managers and functional leaders to maintain program cadence, manage risk, and deliver on-time results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
5–10 years in engineering, project execution, or operations in aerospace/defense
Experience managing cost, schedule, and scope for projects
Experience developing cost estimates and budgets
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle execution of projects with authority to decide on scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.
Develop executable project plans, schedules, milestones aligned to customer requirements.
Drive cost, schedule, and technical trade decisions within program scope.
Partner with Program Managers to align scope and contractual requirements.
Ensure on-time delivery and manage risk, schedule, and cost across the program.
