Qualifications

• Ten years of engineering leadership in aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• Strong scheduling and change-management knowledge.
• Experience with program budgeting and governance.
• Familiarity with civil and/or military certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the development program from definition to delivery.
• Coordinate integration of technical, operational, financial, suppliers, and schedules.
• Manage communications with customers, management, and suppliers.
• Oversee budget cycles and financial governance; forecast and report actuals.
• Lead risk management and issue resolution for assigned projects.
• Support annual product planning and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with certification processes such as 14 CFR Part 25.
