Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of aviation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an aircraft-technical field.
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to motivate and drive a team to meet schedule and budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across teams to develop plans and set priorities.
- Monitor progress and provide status updates on aircraft in work.
- Lead meetings and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
- Support customer aircraft modifications and enablement activities.
- Communicate clearly with suppliers, management and internal stakeholders.
