Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking an invoicing analyst to validate maintenance contract charges and reconcile disputes. You will work with worldwide Maintenance Centers, identify over/undercharges, and prepare documentation for accounting approval.

The role requires a finance/ops background, 2 years in aerospace or related fields, and familiarity with turbine part nomenclatures. Excellent data handling and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with preference in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, or Operations.
• 2 years of professional experience in aerospace engine aftermarket or similar industries.
• Familiarity with gas turbine engine part nomenclatures, long-term contracts and/or invoice documentation, and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Validate invoice data for acceptance according to the maintenance contract by analyzing charges against supporting documents.
• Manage relationship with worldwide Maintenance Centers to reconcile invoice contract non-compliance and request credits or additional documentation.
• Resolve invoice disputes with the support of the broader organization.
• Execute business rules for airline contracts to identify over/above charges and compile supporting documentation.
• Calculate over/above invoices for fleet management approval and submission to accounting.
• Identify cost savings or process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and improve processes for new Maintenance Centers and airline agreements.
• Collaborate with GTF & MCE Aftermarket to develop invoicing solutions.
• Be willing to work across functions, take initiative and drive results.
• Adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment and embrace change.
