Job summary

RTX is seeking a Materials/Procurement professional to provide technical/administrative support within the Mechanical Trades Supply Chain. You will handle procurement activities, maintain stock and VMI, and coordinate with engineers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Procuriement knowledge preferred.
• Experience with CMMS, procurement platforms, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Procure activities under minimal supervision.
• Maintain and replenish stockroom and VMI supplies.
• Coordinate workflow with off-shift employees.
• Review drawings with engineers to obtain procurement info.
• Communicate delivery changes to suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and requisitions.
• Assist with monthly reports and audits.
