Job summary

RTX is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role in the United States. You will analyze and interpret contracts, prepare structures for bookings and billings, and ensure data is ready for shipments to customers, collaborating with internal partners and external agencies.

Required are a university degree in finance, accounting, or business administration and at least 1 year in a corporate setting; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
• Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
• Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
• Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
• Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
• Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.
