Job summary

ExoTerra Resource is seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist in Colorado to maintain accurate inventory records, log items into ERP, and coordinate with multiple departments for timely receipt, storage, and shipping. The role includes transporting parts between facilities and supports entry-level to experienced candidates.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, collaboration with purchasing, and implementing inventory controls to minimize loss while maximizing efficiency.

Qualifications

ExoTerra is a world leader in solar electric propulsion systems and space exploration satellites. The company develops Hall Thrusters, propulsion modules, microsatellites and launch vehicle upper stages. We have been awarded multiple propulsion module and satellite contracts.

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist. The hired employee will be responsible for ensuring inventory count is up to date, logging all inventory into the ERP software program, and ensuring that quantities of products, materials, and supplies are maintained at all times. This also includes tracking inventory movements, and coordinating with other departments to ensure inventory is received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner. Additionally, the hired employee will help with the transportation, loading, and unloading of parts between two facilities. This position is open to candidates ranging from entry-level to experienced candidates.

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Competitive salary range: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
