Job summary

BETA Technologies, Inc. in Vermont is seeking an Engineering Change Planner to help define the future of flight. You will work with a cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production and ensure highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing goals.

This role focuses on coordinating design changes, communicating material needs, and managing lifecycle changes within ERP systems, while supporting procurement and production planning to improve production capability.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or Business with a focus in Operations.
• Experience with PLM systems (SmarTeam, 3DX, Siemens) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
• Comfortable with frequent changes in direction in a dynamic environment.
• Extremely strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in mathematics and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new engineering design for aircraft systems.
• Communicate material and inventory requirements to relevant operations teams.
• Assist in lifecycle management from ideation to change implementation within ERP systems.
• Assist in defining scope and documentation for change management and implementation.
• Support procurement and production planning as a change analyst.
• Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and capability.
