Héroux-Devtek Inc. in Strongsville seeks a Buyer to lead RFQ preparation, supplier negotiations, and daily purchasing activities for aerospace components. You will coordinate with operations, finance, and sales to ensure timely delivery and compliance with industry standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing procurement, strong communication with suppliers, and attention to detail in ERP/MRP processes. This on-site position offers growth within a global aerospace supplier network.

Qualifications

• Assoc or Bachelor's degree in a related field or engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing procurement role.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and managing purchasing processes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit request for quotes and supplier analyses.
• Analyze proposals, negotiate best prices and lead times, terms & conditions.
• Confirm, execute all MRP requirements and ensure timely documentation.
• Prepare purchase orders with required documentation.
• Expedite open purchase orders and update ERP/IT systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and communicate regularly.
• Submit supplier performance reports and updates as needed.
