Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Camarillo, CA to oversee procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics for Engineered Products manufacturing. The role requires close collaboration with Operations, Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Finance to ensure material availability and cost-effective execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Experience with aerospace/defense OEMs or prime contractors preferred.
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, and aerospace materials preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement and supplier management activities to meet production needs.
Manage inventory control, warehouse operations, and material handling.
Coordinate with Finance to maintain inventory valuation and cost control.
Drive continuous improvement, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
