Job summary

Firefly Aerospace is seeking a Shipping & Receiving associate for its Briggs, TX facility. You will monitor incoming deliveries, verify part numbers and documentation, and prepare outgoing shipments.

This 2nd shift role runs Monday–Friday 3pm–11:30pm, with duties spanning inventory, quality records, and IT/maintenance support. You must have a high school diploma or GED, strong math/data-entry skills, and physical stamina to lift and move items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and data entry ability are essential.
• Experience in a structured/ automated receiving environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
• Record items and route to inventory, noting shortages and backorders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and labeling.
• Follow safety regulations and support quality documentation requirements.
