Responsibilities

• Monitors and inspects all incoming deliveries for order accuracy, defects or damage.
• Compares quantity, part numbers and docs to ensure completeness and accuracy of orders.
• Records received items and routes inventoried parts to the inventory area.
• Tracks shortages and backordered items and notifies affected parties.
• Prepares outgoing shipments with proper packaging and address information.
• Supports QA with document control and audit readiness.
