Job summary

Firefly Aerospace is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate to support our rocket production facility north of Cedar Park, in Briggs, TX. You will verify deliveries, record items, and ensure proper packaging and documentation while adhering to AS9100/AS9102 and ITAR requirements.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data entry, and safe handling of materials, with opportunities to work with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality teams in a well-structured warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic math and data-entry skills.
• Accurate recordkeeping and attention to detail essential in receiving.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, defects, and damage.
• Verify quantities and part numbers against procurement data.
• Record items and route to inventory; flag incomplete documentation per AS9100/AS9102.
• Support Engineering and Quality with timely receipt data and nonconformances.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packing, addresses, and hazmat signage.
