Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Columbus Engine Center, part of RTX, seeks an experienced inspector for the second shift. You will master inspection tooling, troubleshoot flow processes, and document engine build and inspection records in SAP. Strong teamwork and organizational skills are essential.

The role emphasizes compliance with EH&S, quality, and continuous improvement programs, with a focus on accurate documentation and meeting production goals at the Columbus site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• A&P license preferred.
• Experience in turbine engine overhaul, inspection and repair preferred.
• CORE basics/active CORE activity preferred (internal candidates only).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts before the clean and NDT processes.
• Bench inspection of parts after the clean and NDT processes.
• Provide complete and accurate engine build documentation.
• Meet production/inspection goals and objectives.
• Enter and reconcile Engine Shop Visit Reports (ESVR).
• Support EH&S and continuous improvement programs.
