Job summary

WGI MRO Services is seeking an Inspection Supervisor to lead our inspection team in a fast-paced aerospace environment, ensuring quality and on-time production.

You will perform dimensional and visual inspections, interpret blueprints and GD&T, coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering, and train inspectors. Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing inspection is required; FAA Part 145 familiarity is strongly preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing inspection.
• Lead inspector experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9110, FAA requirements, or aerospace quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inspection activities and prioritize work to meet production and customer demands.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, repair instructions, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to maintain workflow and meet turnaround goals.
• Train and develop inspectors while monitoring team performance and productivity.
• Ensure accurate inspection records, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
