Job summary

WGI MRO Services is seeking an Inspection Supervisor to lead our inspection team in a fast-paced aerospace environment, ensuring quality and on-time production.

You will perform dimensional and visual inspections, interpret blueprints and GD&T, coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering, and train inspectors. Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing inspection is required; FAA Part 145 familiarity is strongly preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing inspection.
• Lead inspector experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9110, FAA requirements, or aerospace quality systems is a plus.

• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, repair instructions, and technical requirements.

WGI MRO Services, an FAA Part 145 Repair Station specializing in commercial and military aircraft engine components, is seeking an experienced Inspection Supervisor to lead our MRO Inspection team.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an inspection professional who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily inspection activities and prioritize work to meet production and customer demands.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring equipment.

What You'll Bring

• Aerospace MRO, FAA Part 145, or aircraft engine component experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9110, FAA requirements, or aerospace quality systems is a plus.
