Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality team on the manufacturing floor and ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

You will supervise inspectors and technicians, manage nonconforming material, conduct root-cause investigations, and partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality to drive continuous improvement and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience.
• AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Quality leadership or supervisory experience.
• Root cause and corrective action expertise.
• Experience working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality inspectors and technicians on the manufacturing floor
• Manage nonconforming material and lead corrective actions
• Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams
• Monitor quality metrics such as First Pass Yield, scrap, rework, and customer complaints
• Support AS9100/ISO quality system compliance and audits
• Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives
• Train and develop quality personnel and standardize inspection processes
• Ensure products meet customer, aerospace, and regulatory requirements
