Job summary

You will read blueprints, verify tools, and apply shop math to confirm tolerances on every part.

You will record and manage findings, collaborate to close discrepancies, mentor junior inspectors, and help refine inspection procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace airframe inspection experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and inspection manuals.
• Experience writing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Proficiency with MS Office and documentation.
• Knowledge of CATIA V5 and SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft structures, components, and systems to ensure regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Record and manage detailed inspection findings with precise documentation.
• Partner with maintenance and production to investigate and close discrepancies.
• Mentor junior inspectors and help roll out improved inspection procedures.
• Verify tools and measuring equipment before use and follow inspection procedures.
