• Hands-on floor experience implementing process improvements and troubleshooting assembly lines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows to eliminate waste and improve efficiency using lean methodologies.
• Design and update facility layouts, workstation ergonomics, and material flow paths.
• Conduct time studies, establish labor standards, and balance production lines for demand.
• Specify, procure, and oversee installation of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and design engineering to transition prototypes to full production.
