Qualifications

• Experience with deep-draw hydro-forming using a bladder.
• Set-up of 12 and 32 inch Cincinnati hydro-Form presses.
• Familiar with single and multi-draw tools and pre-formed rings.
• Understanding lubricants and fluid mixing.
• Ability to read hand and part drawings.
• Team-oriented, frontline maintenance mindset.

Responsabilités

• Operate hydroform or press forming machines and fixtures.
• Assist set-up and adjustments to reduce thinning and wrinkles.
• Interface with production, supervision and engineering on improvements.
• Work from hand and part drawings to ensure part conformity.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-energy manufacturing environment.
