Requirements include 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, HS diploma or GED, and hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge. The role involves wiring and mechanical alignment, with possible shift work and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience with heavy machinery
• HS diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred
• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics; ability to read schematics and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment including Cyril Bath stretch forming machines
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical malfunctions; troubleshoot PLC and CNC interfaces
• Service high-pressure hydraulic systems and replace or repair defective parts
• Calibrate machines and verify tolerances for aerospace parts
• Maintain CMMS records of maintenance activities and downtime
• Adhere to OSHA, LOTO and AS9100 standards; ensure safe operations
