Job summary

Radius Aerospace in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Hydroform/Press Operator for a full-time role. The position requires operating hydroform and press equipment, setting up Cincinnati presses, and working from hand and parts drawings to ensure quality parts.

You'll collaborate with production, supervision and engineering to implement improvements, maintain tools and dies, and participate in maintenance activities as needed. This role supports safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with hydro-forming operations and presses.
• Ability to set up 12 and 32 inch Cincinnati hydro-Form presses and/or 4 post hydraulic presses.
• Familiarity with single and multi-(Deep Draw) tools and pre-formed rings.
• Ability to work from hand and parts drawings.
• Maintain and troubleshoot presses to minimize defects.

• Operate hydroform and press equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Interface with production, supervision and engineering to improve parts.
• Work from hand and parts drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to machine maintenance as needed.
