- Should have an understanding of deep draw Hydro-Form using a bladder for round, square and rectangular shapes or understanding of hydraulic presses.
- Should have an understanding of the set-up of 12 and 32 inch Cincinnati hydro-Form presses and/or 4 post hydraulic presses.
- Must be familiar with single and multi-(Deep Draw) tools and pre-formed rings such as, but not limited to, blow down dies, form dies or extrusion dies.
- Must understand the use of different lubricants and mixing of different fluids.
- Must have working knowledge and method for reducing thinning and wrinkles in part.
- Recognizes improper set-ups and tool use.
- Position requires interfacing with production, supervision and engineering on improvements of parts from Hydro-Form or press forming machines.
- Ability to work from hand and parts drawings.
- Must act as a front line defense in machine maintenance.
- Must be able to work as part of a team environment.
- Carry out any and all other related job duties and responsibilities as may be directed by management.
