Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of hydraulics or engineering experience is required.
• Combination of previous experience and education will be considered.
• Previous experience in HBU Assembly, or Hydraulic Assembly is preferred.
• Must be able to read specifications and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations within a hydraulic assembly environment.
• Supervise assembly personnel and coordinate work schedules.
• Ensure hydraulic components and systems are assembled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
