Job summary

Tessera seeks an experienced Hydraulic Assembly Production Supervisor to lead the hydraulic assembly team in Auburn, Washington. You will supervise technicians, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient assembly per engineering specs and production targets.

Key duties include interpreting drawings, applying quality controls, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and materials to meet delivery goals. Strong safety focus and lean practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 – 5 years of previous Hydraulics or Engineering experience is required.
• Combination of previous experience and education will be considered.
• Previous experience in HBU Assembly, or Hydraulic Assembly is preferred.
• Must be able to read specifications and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations in hydraulic assembly.
• Coordinate work schedules and safety compliance.
• Ensure assemblies meet engineering specs and quality standards.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Document progress and maintain ERP records.
• Coach Assembly Technicians to ensure quality and delivery targets.
• Interpret Boeing BOM and flow down requirements.
