Job summary

Triumph is seeking an experienced assembler for hydraulic components in our Yakima, WA area. The role involves assembling critical parts, finishing with touch-ups, and ensuring quality per blueprints and procedures.

You will work with hand tools and precision instruments, calibrate gauges, and participate in TPM and continuous improvement programs. On-site position with competitive hourly pay and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• General mechanical knowledge/background.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on mechanical assembly or 4 years in a comparable industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various hydraulic components per instructions and specifications.
• Finish applications such as lockwire, sealant, and paint touch-up; install identification plates and fittings.
• Use a range of hand tools and precision measuring instruments to verify requirements.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with manufacturing planning and engineering drawings.
• Calibrate pressure gauges and transducers per test procedure requirements.
• Complete acceptance test procedures with minimal supervision.
• Ensure part quality by using correct tooling and standard practices.
• Meet production deadlines by following the manufacturing schedule and procedures.
• Support problem resolution with team resources and cell leaders.
• Maintain a safe working environment and contribute to safety initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through TPM, PM and Process Improvement programs.
