Job summary

United Launch Alliance is offering a Human Resources Internship for Summer 2027 in Colorado. You will gain hands-on HR experience across Centers of Excellence, HR systems, and critical business functions in the aerospace industry.

The role includes working full-time for 10 weeks, pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, and completing an HR project that adds value to the organization. Denver, CO location and ITAR awareness are part of the program, with networking opportunities inside ULA.

Qualifications

• GPA 2.90 on a 4.00 scale at time of application.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle transportation if internship in certain states.
• Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field.
• Able to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functional Centers of Excellence and HR systems.
• Assist in Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, etc.
• Own and complete an HR project contributing to organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in intern events to build network within ULA.
