Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) invites motivated students to join our Human Resources internship in Denver, CO for a 10-week summer program. You will support Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and other HR Centers of Excellence while gaining hands-on experience in an aerospace business context.

You must be a current undergraduate, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, enrolled Fall 2027, and ready to commit full-time for the summer.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year completed by the summer internship.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Enrolled Fall 2027 and available for Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Focus on HR functional Centers of Excellence and learn HR systems.
• Support Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits and other HR initiatives.
• Contribute to day-to-day HR business operations.
• Own and complete an HR project that enhances organizational effectiveness.
