Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field.
• Plan to be enrolled in Fall Semester 2027.
• Able to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong presentation, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and support recommendations with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Centers of Excellence and learn HR systems for Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
• Assist with assignments supporting HR initiatives and day-to-day business functions.
• Own and complete an HR project contributing to organizational effectiveness.
• Build a network within the ULA community and with other interns.
