Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR Assistant/HR Generalist experience in aerospace/regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, EEO) and security compliance; ITAR a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems; PLEX preferred.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Arrange pre-employment requirements (physicals, drug screenings).
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations; prepare orientation materials and benefits packets.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries; support with policies and procedures.
• Partner with managers to administer counseling and attendance documentation.
• Generate and distribute routine HR reports (absences, vacation, activity).
• Maintain accurate HRIS data in the ERP system (PLEX) and personnel files; process unemployment claims.
• Create and manage job postings in Paycor.
• Perform general HR administrative duties and support special projects.
• Coordinate company-sponsored employee events and activities.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.
