Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Assistant/HR Generalist experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, EEO) and security/compliance requirements; ITAR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Schedule/interview coordination; arrange pre-employment requirements (physicals, drug screens).
• Coordinate new hire orientations; prepare orientation materials and benefits packets.
